In these workshops we encourage participants to expand their awareness of themselves and their surroundings so they can incorporate new patterns of thought and behavior into their everyday lives. Through a dynamic visual presentation of materials, exercises, meditations, and lively discussion we help participants create a mutually supportive environment to explore the issues that matter to them the most.
